Dori  Salois, Director

Dori is the Artistic Director of Vantage Theatre. Previously she was the assoc. Producing Director of NCRT. a founding member of the Provincetown Playhouse in New York and has  performed Off Broadway, touring companies and in film and television. Recently directed School of the World,  and Death by Survival

 

 

Jennie Olson as Sidney

Jennie most recently appeared in Tony & Cleo at Sixth at Penn.   She received her B.A. from UCSD in 2004 and continues to study her craft and branch out creatively as a playwright and as a yoga teacher.
 

 

    

Kristina Meek as Tarina 

Kristina studied acting at Northern Kentucky University and has acted with San Diego theatres like La Jolla Stage Company, San Diego Comic Opera, and Black Rabbit Theatre Company. She has appeared in various short independent and student films. She is also a dancer, choreographer and playwright.


Paola Hornbuckle as Acrum

Paola is an actress/teacher/playwright. Her The Perfect Red was previously produced at North Park Vaudeville and Candy Shoppe in October 2007 and will be published in Smith and Kraus' "Best Ten Minute Plays of 2008:Three Characters" later this year.

 

 

Alexander Nguyen as Peter, the Stage Hand

This marks Alex's return to the stage after a year of doing mostly student films.  He was last seen on stage in Trying to Find Chinatown at the Actor's Alliance Festival.  He is excited to be involved in the inaugural New Perspective Festival. 

 

 
Jack Shea, playwright

Jack's second play, La Table, (he refuses to acknowledge the first) was first place winner of the 1980 David Library Award (JFK Center for Performing Arts, D.C.). After a seventeen year hiatus, Jack began writing again in 1997.  His works can be read at JackShea.net
